How do I know what my bangle size is?
Bangle sizes range from a scale of 1 to 8 based on the inner diameter. Refer to these step by step instructions on how to measure your bangle size and select the right size for you.
What are the base metals used in your products?
Brass is the base metal for most of our products.
Do you have a catalog?
Our catalog is online on our website now. We do not have a printed catalog.
Can you send us some samples of your products?
We have removed minimum order restrictions, so you can place small sample orders and try us before you buy in large quantities.
Is your plating guaranteed?
It is not possible to calculate the life of the plating as it depends on various factors such as usage, climatic conditions like humidity and wear and tear. As a result, we cannot guarantee the plating life for any period of time.
We have had many loyal customers who have provided feedback that they are extremely satisfied with the quality of our products.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have currently waived any minimum order requirements because we want you to give us a try. We are so confident that you will come back and order over and over again.
How do you ship the order and what about taxes and customs duties?
For Customers Located in the USA
Our shipping options may include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. All orders are subject to stock availability. All state, local, and federal taxes applicable are your responsibility.
Important Note for Ohio Residents: Ohio residents will be automatically charged sales tax upon checkout. If you are a registered business in the state of Ohio and you are purchasing in wholesale to resell it to your customers, your purchase may be tax exempt if purchased for resale only. You must submit proof of your tax-exempt status in order for us not to charge sales tax.
For International Customers
Customs duties, taxes, and any other fees applicable as an importer are your responsibility. We ship by either UPS, FedEx or USPS.
How much lead time is necessary for delivery of an order?
For items we have in stock, we make every effort to ship your order within one business day upon confirmed payment, provided your order is placed by noon Eastern Time. If your order cannot be shipped within 2 business days, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or phone.
